About 11vip

Where 11vip Began

11vip was founded with a single purpose: to give Bangladeshi players a safe, fast, and genuinely enjoyable online gaming experience. From the very beginning, we understood that local players deserved a platform that spoke their language — not in terms of script, but in terms of culture, sport, and everyday life. Cricket is not just a game here; it is the pulse of the nation, and 11vip was built around that passion.

Over the years, 11vip has grown into one of Bangladesh's most recognised online casino and betting destinations. We have served hundreds of thousands of players from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, and every corner of the country. Our platform has been shaped entirely by feedback from our community — the real players who trust us with their entertainment every day.

Our Mission and Purpose

Our mission at 11vip is straightforward: provide every Bangladeshi player with a trustworthy, entertaining, and accessible online gaming platform. We believe that quality gaming should not be a privilege — it should be available to anyone with a smartphone and an internet connection, whether they are in Cox's Bazar watching the tide or in Mymensingh on a lunch break.

We pursue this mission by continuously investing in platform security, game variety, and payment convenience. Our partnerships with leading game providers ensure that our players always have access to the latest and most exciting titles, while our local payment integrations make depositing and withdrawing as easy as sending a mobile money transfer.

The Principles That Guide 11vip

We hold ourselves to a consistent set of values that shape every decision we make — from how we design the platform to how we handle player support.

• ✓Transparency — we communicate clearly on bonuses, terms, and payout timelines.
• ✓Fairness — our games use certified RNG technology so every outcome is genuinely random.
• ✓Responsibility — we actively promote responsible gaming and support players who need help.
• ✓Accessibility — 24/7 support in a language and through channels that Bangladeshi players prefer.

Built for Bangladeshi Players

11vip was designed from the ground up for Bangladesh's online gaming community. We understand that most of our players access the platform on a mobile device, often on a 4G connection, between daily commitments. That is why our interface is lightweight, fast, and fully optimised for mobile — no heavy downloads, no complicated navigation, no waiting.

We also know that Bangladeshi players want payment options that work seamlessly within their existing financial habits. That is why 11vip supports the most popular local mobile banking services so you can fund your account and collect winnings without ever needing an international card or a bank account at a foreign institution.

What Sets 11vip Apart

In a crowded market, 11vip has earned its reputation through consistency rather than flashy promises. We do not claim to be the only platform available to Bangladeshi players — but we do work harder than most to deliver on the basics: reliable payouts, a stable platform, responsive customer service, and a catalogue of games that covers everything from cricket odds to premium live casino tables to fast-paced crash games.

Our game library is powered by world-renowned providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Every title in our collection has been reviewed for quality and fairness before it reaches our players. We refresh our catalogue regularly to keep things exciting, adding new slots, live dealer variations, and sports markets as they become available.

Perhaps most importantly, we are a platform that listens. Our player support team is available around the clock and genuinely works to resolve issues — not to deflect them. If something is not working as it should, we want to know, and we act on the feedback we receive. That commitment to improvement is the real story behind 11vip's continued growth in Bangladesh.

Play Smart, Play Responsibly

11vip is committed to promoting responsible gaming at every level of the platform. All accounts on 11vip are for players aged 21 and above only. We offer deposit limit controls, session reminders, and self-exclusion options so that every player remains in control of their experience. If you ever feel that gambling is becoming a problem, please visit our Responsible Gaming page or contact our support team immediately — we are here to help.
